Tundra Angels has legal counsel with expertise in the startups and VC deals and reviews all of the legal paperwork prior to investing. Additionally, our deal execution process allows investors to sign and fund in five minutes as well as provides yearly K-1 accounting for each investor.

Our startup investment process is highly selective. Our process has seen hundreds of deals over the last five years, but only a select few are invited to pitch the Tundra Angels network.
